I bought a property in Alanya. Unfortunately it has not been managed properly. I wish I had made a purchase through Sunlight Estate as I know everything would have been taken care if and I would be sleeping undisturbed right now. The best real estate to manage your property when you live elsewhere.

We recently sold our apartment in Alanya and Anna and her husband were very professional and helpful. The sale was rushed through in 4 days which was a bit stressful but Anna and Sukru managed everything for us. We had tried to sell our apartment previously with another estate agent without success but Anna and her team worked very hard to sell our apartment and were successful. They also made sure that all final bills were paid and that all the utility companies and the local council we’re informed of the sale. It is always a worrying and nervous time when when buying a property in a foreign country and buying in Turkey is no different. Anna and Sukru made this process easier for us. The few problems we had with currency exchange and the Tapu process were dealt with easily and quickly showing a high professional attitude.
