I. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the rules for using the website available at sunlightestate.com.

II. Definitions

1. Service/Website – the website operating at sunlightestate.com.

2. User – any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality using the Service.

3. Contact Form – a form available on the Website enabling the User to send an inquiry directly to the Service Provider.

4. Newsletter – a distribution service provided by the Service Provider via e-mail, enabling Users to automatically receive marketing content, real estate offers, and news.

III. Type and Scope of Services

1. The Service Provider enables the following free Electronic Services via the Website:

   • sending inquiries via the Contact Form,

Disclaimer: Real estate information presented on the Website, including prices, does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Civil Code (or relevant Turkish laws) but is an invitation to conclude a contract. IV. Conditions of Use and Technical Requirements

1. To properly use the Website, the following technical requirements must be met:

   • a device with Internet access,

   • an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge),

   • enabled Cookies and Javascript support,

   • an active e-mail address (if using the Form or Newsletter).

2. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good morals, respecting personal rights as well as copyrights and intellectual property rights of the Service Provider and third parties.

V. Newsletter and Contact Form

1. Contact Form:

   • The contract for the service of providing an interactive form is concluded for a definite period and terminates upon sending the message or ceasing to fill out the form.

   • To use the form, the User provides necessary personal data (according to the Privacy Policy): Name, Surname, E-mail, Phone.

2. Newsletter:

   • Use of the Newsletter occurs after providing an e-mail address in the “Newsletter” section and consenting to data processing for marketing purposes.

   • The Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.

   • The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time without giving a reason by sending a request to [email protected] or clicking the deactivation link found in every marketing message.

VI. Data Protection (GDPR)

1. The Administrator of Users’ personal data is Sunlight Estate, based in Turkey.

2. Personal data is processed for the purposes, scope, and based on the principles indicated in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

3. The User has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.

4. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (to Turkey) with appropriate legal safeguards.

VII. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All rights to the Website, including proprietary copyrights, intellectual property rights to its name, internet domain, as well as to templates, forms, logos, and photos of real estate posted on the Website belong to the Service Provider or cooperating entities.

VIII. Complaints Procedure

2. It is recommended to include a description of the problem and the contact details of the submitter in the complaint.

3. The Service Provider shall respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.

IX. Final Provisions

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Terms for valid reasons (e.g., changes in legal regulations, changes in service scope).

2. In matters not covered by these Terms, generally applicable laws relevant to the Service Provider’s registered office shall apply. For consumers from the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence shall also apply.
