BOOKING FEE payable at once, or no later than 3 days after booking, will become a SECURITY DEPOSIT at your arrival. It  is 100% REFUNDABLE according to the rental contract rules seven days after check-out the latest, to Tenant`s bank account indicated in the contract.

The amount of deposit depends on the length of stay, but it usually is 100€. Long-term rental rates are set individually and these doesn’t include water, gas, maintenance fee, final cleaning and electricity payments.
