A lovely furnished and very well appointed, one-bedroom apartment in Alanya’s city centre. Located only 300 m from the famous Cleopatra Beach and Damlatas Cave. The location is absolutely amazing and gives you immediate access to all the hot spots of the city within walking distance! In the area you can do your groceries as well as well as visit our weekly bazar to get fresh fruit and vegetables. Public volleyball, kids playground and open-air fitness area are nearby, next to the beach. You also are welcome to visit aquapark and cinema. So if your plan is to have fabulous time on your vacation, then our apartment is a perfect idea.

EXTRA COST: Electricity, gas & water shall be paid according to the metering on check-out. €35 final cleaning costs which shall be paid together with rental fee on check-in.

BOOKING FEE payable at once, or no later than 3 days after booking, will become a SECURITY DEPOSIT at your arrival. It  is 100% REFUNDABLE according to the rental contract rules seven days after check-out the latest, to Tenant`s bank account indicated in the contract.

Amount of deposit depends on length of stay and it usually is 100€. Long-term rentals rates are set individually and these don’t include water, gas, maintenance fee, final cleaning and electricity payments.
