Our 3-bedroom apartment is located in the city center of Alanya and only 2 min walk to the famous Cleopatra Beach and 5 min to Damlatas Cave.  Archeological Museum and Aqua Park are also close by. As this is strict center means you have all restaurants, cafes and shops around, but also not too much space for parking, so the underground parking which is just beside, can save you a lot of time and stress.  If you would like to make  bigger shopping, then you can visit one of popular market as A101, BIM, SOK,popular among foreigners MIGROS, or visit shopping center Alanyum, it will take you 10 min by bus. Apartment has beautiful view on the sea and is fully furnished in modern style with all the equipment for a comfy stay. The apartment is a perfect choice whenever you travel with your family or group of friends. You get access to swimming pool (2 in a complex), big kids playground and tennis court at the beach side.

€100 final cleaning costs which shall be paid together with rental fee on check-in

Reservation fee which you sent directly after booking, (or 7 days after the booking – the latest) ,will become a SECURITY DEPOSIT at your arrival. It  is 100% REFUNDABLE according to the rental contract rules seven days after check-out the latest, to Tenant`s bank account indicated in the contract.

Amount of deposit depends on length of stay and it is NOT LOWER THAN €200. Long-term rentals rates are set individually and it doesn’t include water, gas, maintenance fee, final cleaning and electricity payments.
