Aqua Residence covers an area of 8100 m2 and is located approximately 500 meters from the sea and only 5 km from the center of Alanya. Inside the apartment, all necessary kitchen equipment is available. This luxurious gated complex offers a wealth of amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, a cinema, billiards, a spa center, a fitness center, a restaurant, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and much more. You can also take a walk in the garden and enjoy small waterfalls, making your stay even more enjoyable – all included at no extra charge.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Internet, service fees, gas, use of facilities in common areas, maintenance fee.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- Electricity and water charges based on meters upon check-out amount to 35 EUR.
- A final cleaning fee of 85 EUR is payable along with the rental fee upon check-in.
The reservation fee, to be sent directly after booking (or within 7 days at the latest), serves as a DEPOSIT upon your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable according to the rental agreement, no later than seven days after check-out, to the tenant’s designated bank account.
The deposit amount depends on the length of stay and is typically 100 EUR. Long-term rental rates are individually negotiated and do not include water charges, gas, operational fees, final cleaning, and electricity charges.
