How to Get a Mortgage from Turkish Bank?

  • After collection of all the documents mentioned below, the bank will give the final approval
  • With the approval, Tapu (Land Registery ) Office will be arranged to put the mortgage on a title deed
  • The loan amount will be paid to the seller of the real estate and the loan process is completed.
