But it’s precisely this wildness and authenticity that make it so unique.

During the real estate boom of 2020-2022, Gazipaşa gained popularity among developers, primarily due to its openness to granting residence permits and its lower prices compared to Alanya. Larger developers with long-term strategies thrived in this market, while smaller ones, unprepared for administrative changes, were surprised by the restrictions on issuing residence permits, even in open districts.
