Why would you want to buy a property in Turkey?

You may find this question almost rhetorical and a bit bizarre…but believe it or not, there may be at least a dozen reasons, and each and every one of us would have their own. Some would rather buy a property, because they sare sımply spendıng too much money staying in hotels while visiting Alanya more often throughout the years, when you can take all these expenses and just get yourself a permanent crib for yourself and family. So don’t you agree, that under these circumstances it sounds like a great idea after all?

Some others would like to purchase a property here, for the warm sea, and they simply love coming to Turkey knowing that they have their own piece of land here.

Majority of people buy properties in Turkey strictly for business-income reasons, as vacation rentals (7% per year) when at the same time they can come and stay for themselves whenever it is necessary, and for the rest of the time Sunlight Estate manages their property for them, in terms of rentals.

Many travelers who are already retired and don’t need to feel attached professionally to any country or environment, they feel amazing here during the spring, winter or autumn, so they would buy a house here, just to enjoy the delicious food, long stolls along the beach and stunning sunsets or winter sunshine.

I could think about another dosens of reasons why you would like to call Alanya your new or second home, but I guess each of us can come up with our own extraordinary idea.

And even if for many of you it sounds very cliche, I would risk to say that whatever reason you may have, we all are head over hills in love with Turkey 🙂
